Our BIKES are given to us by nice people ;) We try that they stay secure. If you do not feel comfortable with it, simply tell us and we will try to find a solution. You are responsible of yourselves and of the bike! |
Nos VELOS sont ceux que les gens ont bien voulu nous donner ;) Nous nous efforçons à ce qu'ils garantissent votre sécurité. Si vous ne vous sentez pas en sécurité, n'hésitez pas à nous le signaler et nous essayerons de trouver une solution. Vous êtes responsable de vous-mêmes et du vélo ! |

Be carefull, especially for people from north Europe, car drivers in France are not always careful with bikers, even if it is getting better :) |
Soyez attentifs, en particulier pour ceux venant de l'Europe du Nord, les conducteurs à Paris ne font pas toujours attention aux cyclistes, même si ça va de mieux en mieux :) |
SECURITY FOR THE BIKES / SECURITE POUR LES VELOS
The frame is the most important piece of a bike, it is what needs to be locked at first to a fixed urban element ;)
Le cadre est la pièce la plus importante d'un vélo, c'est ce qui doit être attaché en priorité à un point fixe urbain ;)

BOOKING PROCESS After we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provide us. We will either accept your request (most of the time), or ask you for more details, or decline because no bike are available, and this in a 48 hours time. You will then receive the exact address of the pick-up station, the code to unlock the bike, and contact informations of the station master. Please tell him your approximate pick-up time. The bike will be locked and waiting for you in the street the day you asked. In case of a problem before of during your borrow, please contact the station master. The last day of your borrow that you indicate, bring back the bike to the SAME place, lock it properly, and inform the station master that the bike is back. Contribute in the way you wish to further expand the project, if satisfied. |
PROCEDURE DE RESERVATION Après avoir reçu ta demande, tu recevras un email de confirmation à l'adresse email que tu as fournie. Soit nous accepterons ta demande (la plupart du temps), soit nous te demanderons plus de détails, soit nous déclinerons car plus de vélo seront disponibles, et ceci sous 48 heures. Tu recevras alors l'adresse exacte de la station de collecte, le code du cadenas du vélo, et les informations pour contacter le responsable de la station. STP informe-le de ton horaire de collecte. Le vélo t'attendra attaché dans la rue le jour demandé. En cas de problème avant ou pendant l'emprunt, stp contacte le responsable de la station. Le dernier jour de ton emprunt comme tu l'auras demandé, retourne le vélo au MÊME endroit, réattache-le correctement, et informe le responsable de la station que le vélo est de retour. Contribue comme tu le souhaites pour développer plus encore le projet, si tu es satisfait. |
